Partners for Youth: Partners for Youth 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supports youth in Routt and Moffat Counties through Youth Action Councils (YACs), Community and School-Based Mentoring, Peer Mentoring, and Trusted Adult Engagement. YACs are youth-led spaces that intentionally recruit and elevate underrepresented voices. Middle and high school students build leadership skills, connect with peers and trusted adults, identify issues they care about, and implement projects that create positive change in their communities. Community and School-Based Mentoring programs match youth facing adversity with trained, supportive adults in high quality, one to one mentoring relationships. We also offer Youth Mental Health First Aid and Positive Youth Development training to adults in the Yampa Valley. At the heart of all our programs is a commitment to increasing a young person’s sense of belonging, value, agency, and connection to trusted adults so every young person in our region is empowered to lead, grow, and thrive.

Vision: Northwest Colorado youth are living healthy and meaningful lives, contributing to their community, and successfully pursuing their dreams.

– REPS is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that serves the community members of Routt and Moffat County. REPS provides crisis support, education, training, prevention and postvention support. REPS staff, the Board of Directors and skilled volunteers are dedicated to combating suicide and breaking mental health stigma.

– Our mission is to preserve, protect and promote life by fostering suicide prevention and providing a lifeline of support and healing in the Yampa Valley. 

– Our vision is to save and change lives through collaborative suicide prevention and support programs.
