Bring your cycling team, club, or group of riding friends to the Tour de Steamboat and you could win an unforgettable ride weekend stay in Steamboat.

The contest is simple. Get a group of 6 or more riders registered for the Tour de Steamboat, fill out the group entry form by August 3, and your crew will be entered to win 3 nights of premium lodging for ride weekend.

You do not have to ride the same route. You do not have to wear the same jerseys. You just need you and 5 or more of your favorite riding buddies registered for the ride.

How It Works

Have each rider register for the Tour de Steamboat.
Fill out the group entry form below with each rider’s email address by August 3.
On August 4, we’ll randomly select one group entry.
The winning group will receive 3 nights (August 21, 22, 23) of premium Steamboat lodging for ride weekend.

Rally Your Riding Crew Contest Terms

The Rally Your Riding Crew lodging giveaway is open to groups of 6 or more registered riders participating in the August 22, 2026 Tour de Steamboat.

To enter, one person from the team must complete the official group entry form by August 3, 2026. The form must include the email address of each rider on the team. All listed riders must be registered for the August 22, 2026 Tour de Steamboat by August 3, 2026.

Only one entry is allowed per person and per team. Riders may not be listed on more than one team. Each verified registered rider listed on a team counts as one chance for that team to win. The more registered riders your team has, the greater your team’s chance of winning.

All riders and team entries will be verified before the prize is awarded. Teams with unregistered riders, duplicate riders, incomplete information, inaccurate information, or riders listed on more than one team may be disqualified.

One winning team will be randomly selected on August 4, 2026. The selected winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in a reasonable timeframe, or does not meet the eligibility requirements, Tour de Steamboat may select an alternate winner.

The prize includes 3 nights of lodging in Steamboat Springs for Tour de Steamboat ride weekend: August 21, 22, and 23, 2026, with checkout on August 24, 2026. Prize dates are fixed and may not be changed, transferred, exchanged, or applied to other dates.

Prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, refund, or any other substitute.

Lodging is provided by Nomadness Rentals. Nomadness Rentals reserves the right to change the lodging property at any time based on availability, operational needs, property status, or other circumstances.

If additional nights are available, the winning team may have the option to extend their stay at their own expense. Additional nights are not included in the prize and are subject to availability, pricing, approval, and booking requirements from Nomadness Rentals.

Prize includes lodging only. Travel, transportation, meals, bike shipping, event registration fees, incidental expenses, security deposits, damage fees, taxes, and any other costs not specifically listed as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winning team.

The winning team must follow all lodging rules, occupancy limits, check-in and checkout requirements, and property policies provided by Nomadness Rentals. The winning team is responsible for any damage, additional cleaning fees, or other charges incurred during the stay.

Tour de Steamboat and Nomadness Rentals reserve the right to verify eligibility, interpret these terms, resolve disputes, and disqualify any entry that does not comply with the contest rules. Decisions are final.
